Modern City Hotel is set to host the 2nd edition of the Trends Runway show on 5th November 2022 right in the city of Tamale. Trends Runway is a fashion show known for its focus on projecting the northern region through fashion.
This year’s Trends Runway Show is on the theme Fashion Beyond Boundaries and is set to promote inclusivity and diversity in the creative industry in Tamale. The event will have 20 creative fashion designers in and outside the region showcasing their creative works to fashion enthusiasts and creatives.
The event is dedicated to creating awareness and the industry’s importance in promoting the region’s economic development. It is also to promote tourism in the area as well and bring creatives in the city to work together for growth and progress.
They are hosting together different designers belonging to all types of skill levels and belonging to various age groups. The fashion designers set to showcase their collections include Fatsu Garments and Design Institute, Kawula Klothing, Hiky Muda Clothing, House of Micky, De-she collection, Fihankra Gh, cross.culture from Austria etc. The show will also feature other side attractions like musical performances.
The 2021 #trendsrunwayshow featured work from formal attire to streetwear by Southern & Northern designers, including House of Micky, Shak’s fashion, Tiag Couture,Niposkin, Bekura fashion,Trut fashion, @fatsu_13 & Muaz fashion.
