Social change communication student from the University of Development Studies, Saulisu Faiza, known by her stage name as Humble Fais says she want s to be a development journalist in an interview with Sanatu Zambang.
Faiza is also a youth activist and does poetry in school. she wants to use her platform to spearhead developmental agenda in her community. She makes time to visit communities in her vicinity to talk with kids about their education.
Her interest in poetry started in senior high school where she competed in a talent show and the crowd liked her. She also wrote for her school magazine.
After gaining admission to the university, she also continued with it by performing at school events and also getting call ups to perform at other events outside of the school.
The money for transportation to these events outside of the school is what she finds to be a challenge but her love for poetry is what is keeping her going.
