This is a press statement made by the Special Aide/Spokesperson to
ALHAJI SAID SINARE.
The communication team of ALHAJI SAID SINARE would like to address this statement in response to the misconceptions being peddled around by political opponents.
These misconceptions are believed to have emanated from statements made by one Habiba SINARE (“Habiba Abdul Basit”) in response to questions asked about her marriage. The former ambassador’s communication team would, therefore, like to lay these facts in response to the false allegations being peddled.
Sinare, first of all, is Moshi with a proud Northern upbringing (He & his direct brother but late are OLD TAMASCANS)
1. The lady in question, Habiba SINARE is the niece of ALHAJI SINARE, not the daughter of the former public servant. (It may interest you to know that Habiba’s biological grandfather was a Dagbana from Zabzugu).
2 ALHAJI SAID SINARE has blood relatives and core members of his inner circle who are dagombas. i.e His late Grandmother (his Dad’s biological Father’s younger Sister) was married to the late revered Gushe-Naa Bawa (Frm. IGP) (coincidentally whose “royal” funeral is ongoing)
3. Statements made by Habiba Abdul BASIT are not representative of the SINARE family values and the young lady has consequently shown remorse for her irresponsible remarks.
4. Sinare’s special Aide/Press Secretary is a proud Dagbana from a village called Tibung (under Kumbungu District where Sinare got his first wife from thus the late Lawyer Alhaji R. Issifu Alhassan daughter called Mariama).
We would like to conclude by stating how disappointed we are in the malicious political agents who seek to sow divisions for political gain. ALHAJI SINARE has given his entire adult life in service of this nation devoid of politics of this nature that if not rectified would destroy Ghana.
”More importantly, as a father, ALHAJI SAID SINARE would like to assure Ghanaians that his values of unity and aversion towards bigotry are one that he has always endeavored to instill in the household. Therefore it goes without saying that he (Sinare) thoroughly detest tribal or ethnic bigotry of any shade or description.
Even ALLAH the creator of all creatures hates ethnic chauvinism and tribal bigotry, in light of this ALLAH, dedicated a full verse that clearly abhors even RACISM and by extension BIGOTRY. ● O human beings, We created you all from a male and a female and made you into NATIONS and TRIBES so that you may know one another. Verily, the noblest of you in the sight of Allah is the most God-fearing of you. Surely, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware.
