Enough Musical & Anthem project | Norsaac

The Enough project which is also known as “Disag’ya project” is designed by Oxfam IBIS and consortium partners to create an enabling environment for girls and women to know, claim and exercise their rights. The project leverages on empowering women and girls economically as strategies to  End Sexual and Gender-based violence in Ghana.

Sanatu Zambang were contracted by Norsaac as media consultant to coordinate the production of an anthem and a pledge to be used for the 2020 International Women’s Day celebration.

Six female artistes from the north were ensemble for this project. They include, Reka j, Amie, Diva 1, A.J Sugar, Etonam, Memunatu Laadi and the sound engineer was Flamez on the Beatz.

The project was first initiated in January 2019 and will be climaxed in December 2022. The Disag’ya project aims to target the local level, district, regional and national levels in the country and beyond.

Creating an enabling environment for girls and women to claim and exercise their rights to end sexual and gender-based violence and making communities safe spaces for women and girls to develop themselves are basic aims of the forum which will be coming off on the 10th of March, 2020 at the Radach Hall and Conference Centre in Tamale.
