Fasting is important in ensuring our wellbeing, both physical, mental, and as well as spiritual. But to get the full benefits of fasting, you need to make a conscious effort, so you do not fast because there’s no food, so that when there’s the food you eat. For instance, you know every Monday and Thursday you are going to fast, so your brains start to prepare that every 3 days this person is going to fast, so within one week you have 2 days of 6 hours rest, and this is an opportunity for your body to detoxify, your heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver to detoxify, so for our own improved wellbeing, our brain will be able to rest. The current generation has huge liver and kidney problems because of the food we consume, it will be advisable we take fasting seriously during and after Ramadan

Sanatu Zambang Café Experience is hosted every Saturday inside the Sanatu Zambang Studios café. Book authors, public figures in various fields, and student leaders headline the event by picking their favorite children’s book or African storybook and reads to the audience.

There are also guest headliners, from traditional storytellers to poets and spoken word artists. Musical guests, Visual artists, standup comedians, and tourists who would love to share their traveling experiences.
