Sanatu Zambang Café Experience is hosted every Saturday inside the Sanatu Zambang Studios café. Book authors, public figures in various fields, and student leaders headline the event by picking their favorite children’s book or African story book and reads to the audience.
There are also guest headliners, from traditional storytellers to poets and spoken word artists. Musical guests, Visual artists, standup comedians, and tourists who would love to share their traveling experiences.
Last Saturday Sanatu Zambang Cafe Experience featured musical guest, Sizeless Barosky, the Yomba hitmaker which featured Fancy Gadam said
” doing music is my passion and God’s gift.

He is against the popular notion that musicians, once they have the talent, shouldn’t be educated or go to school again.
Presenters and DJs play the songs of musicians they know or have something to do with. They won’t just play your song for your talent or the good song you have”.
I just want to urge everyone to start supporting talent and not just people they know. Because in the end, it’s Northern music we are trying to move forward.

” Music is my passion but I also go to school from Monday to Friday aside the passion.
The recording artist who was born and attended his basic education here in Tamale and went to Zabzugu senior said he started taking his music talent serious when he was in SHS because they had a little competition when they were there. They had four talents in music during his time.
“I started taking my rap skills seriously when I was in high school. Teachers who taught our class sometimes come and they ask us to give freestyle. So when we are done, you will know if you have done well or not. And you know, no one likes to be last so we started to seriously learn about music.”

I completed SHS in 2017 and now a student at IBMC Studies graphic design.
My management is trying their best and we are hoping that someday, we will reap what we have been sowing.
