“We are looking at what I call the BIG PUSH, injecting some $10 billion to dualise our roads, complete the remainder of the 200 Community Day Senior High Schools, finish all the hospital projects that have been left abandoned, and construct bridges to open up the country… It will involve the construction industry, engineering, and other professionals, and will bring a lot of artisans and everybody back into work.”

John Dramani Mahama

Review of Teacher Trainee Allowances was first suggested by the Association of Principals of Colleges of Education. This was to make way for them to open up and be able to admit more students. This debate should have ended a long time ago because the NPP knows the allowances were not canceled because they were migrated onto the Students Loan Trust Fund. If the students are not complaining, why are politicians complaining?
