Tamale Creative Industry Mourns | S.K.Y. the Tamale Boy laid to Rest

Tamale based Ghanaian Rapper, SKY de Tamale Boy has died.

SKY, known in private life as Fuseini Abdul Aziz reportedly died after he was involved in a motor accident on Thursday.

It is still unclear how and where the accident occurred, however, local media reports say he died while receiving treatment at the Tamale Teaching Hospital.

The controversial Rapper was known for producing hit tracks and worked closely with legendary Tamale based beat maker, Ojah Drums. He was a member of DJ Ojah’s Dream Tym Records where singer One9ra is also signed to.

Some of his all time hits include ‘Ariziki‘ which was released five years ago, ‘Informa‘, released about four year ago and Bilchini which he featured Fancy Gadam, released about 3years ago.

The track, ‘Informa’ gained national attention, after legendary Ghanaian Rapper, Obrafour featured in the video and took him on a radio tour in Accra.

The Rapper had hinted on social media about staging a strong comeback in the music industry after being dormant for some time. He will be buried in accordance with Islamic traditions.

Some Entertainment and media personalities took to social media to mourn the demise of the Rapper who many had likened with Rap Star, Sarkodie.
