Haruna Iddrisu Donates Furniture To Schools In Tamale South

Member of Parliament for Tamale South Constituency and minority leader in Ghana’s parliament, Haruna Iddrisu has supported some schools in the area with a number of furniture.

According to the constituency communications officer, Abdul Ganiwu Sandow the donation was done today May 5, 2020, when the furniture was handed over by the MP to the Tamale metro Education Director, Amatus D. Tug-uu for onward distribution to selected schools within the Constituency.

Beneficiary schools include  Badariya E/A primary, Nyohini, Tamale, Nuriya central Islamic primary, Bulpela, Tamale, Lahagu Islamic primary, Lahagu, Tamale, Dohini Islamic primary, Dohini, Tamale, Tugu Yapala Islamic prim and Tugu Yapala, Tamale.

On his part, the GES metro director thanked the minority leader for the support, adding that it would go along way to aid teaching and learning in the area when schools resume.
